HOW DO I ENTER THE FORUM VENUE?
- Confirm participation and receive an electronic ticket (QR-code)
- Picking up your badge
- Leave items prohibited at the Forum venue at your accommodations
- Take your identity document (passport) with you
1. Confirm participation and receive an electronic ticket (QR-code)
Access to the venue of the International Tourist Forum Let’s Travel’ is possible only with an electronic ticket.
To receive an electronic ticket and visit the Forum, please fill in the application form. Applications for participation are considered by the Organizing Committee of the Forum.
The electronic ticket will be sent to all approved participants to the e-mail specified in the application form.
Print the ticket on an A4 sheet or save it to your phone to present the QR-code for access to the venue.
The electronic ticket is valid only upon presentation of an identity document (passport).
The e-ticket is personal, it is prohibited to transfer it to third parties.
2. Picking up your badge
In addition to the QR-code, if necessary, you can receive a badge.
- The badge is required only for access to the Pavilion 55 for the business programme.
- Festival guests do not need accreditation to access the festival exposition.
How to collect your badge?
RECEIVING THE BADGE IN PERSON
Participant accreditation badges may be collected in person by presenting the identity document that is listed on the registration form.
BY AN AUTHORIZED
If the badge is being collected by an authorized representative, they must provide the following:
- Authorized person’s passport
- Original of standard power of attorney (download)
- List of participants (attached to the power of attorney)
- Copies of participants’ passports (Copies of passports will be returned after badges are issued)
WHERE TO COLLECT YOUR BADGE?
We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance at one of the accreditation points in Moscow.

- To pick up your badge, please check that you have uploaded all the necessary data to your personal web office.
- You must carry your badge and identity document (passport) with you at all times while at the Forum venue.
- The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.
3. Please leave items prohibited at the venue at your accommodations
Upon arrival, each participant will have to go through the access control procedure. You may be asked to turn on your phone or laptop and show other equipment that you brought to the venue. Please carefully review the list of items prohibited on the event venue and pay attention to any exceptions.
4. Don’t forget your passport
Please don’t forget to bring an identifying document (passport) with you to the venue.
You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the Forum venue.
