Accreditation rules
1. General provisions
1.1. Accreditation of representatives of the media and blogosphere at the Let’s Travel! International Tourist Forum (hereinafter referred to as ‘ITF’) is carried out in order to ensure appropriate conditions for media representatives and bloggers to prepare and distribute complete and accurate information about events held as part of ITF.
1.2. Accreditation of representatives of the media and blogosphere is essential in order to attend and work at any ITF event.
1.3. While carrying out their work, representatives of the media and blogosphere must respect the rights and lawful interests of ITF participants and staff, and comply with generally accepted ethical standards.
1.4. In an effort to provide the most comfortable working conditions and prompt access to all necessary resources, and in view of the considerable media interest in ITF and the limited infrastructure capabilities of the event venue, the number of representatives of the media and blogosphere that ITF is able to accommodate is limited.
1.5. ITF will adhere to all COVID-19 safety requirements and recommendations set out by the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor).
The ITF Organizing Committee reserves the right to set the number representatives of the media and blogosphere based on sanitary and epidemiological requirements.

1.6. The media outlet and bloggers shall bear responsibility for the accuracy of information provided about its employees in accordance with Russian law.
2. Accreditation rules for representatives of the media and blogosphere
2.1. Submission and review of accreditation applications
- Representatives of the media and blogosphere wishing to cover ITF events can submit an accreditation application (hereinafter referred to as ‘application’) via the official ITF website ( https://rustravelforum.com/en/).
- Applicants should complete all fields of the application form, paying particular attention to the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk.
- Applications can be submitted through the official ITF website from 27 May until 9 June 2025.
- The application review period is until June 9, 2025.
- Media accreditation is valid for the entire duration of ITF.
- Applications are accepted from representatives of the blogosphere who have a verified account in the ITF accreditation system. For representatives of the blogosphere whose audience exceeds 10,000 users (in accordance with Clause 13, Part 1, Article 10.6 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Information, Information Technologies, and the Protection of Information"), it is necessary to provide an extract confirming registration with Roskomnadzor in the accompanying letter (including a link to the Gosuslugi portal for verification).
2.2. Accreditation quotas for representatives of the media and blogosphere
- Print publications:
- Newspapers: 3 people (2 journalists, 1 photographer)
- Magazines: 2 people (1 journalist, 1 photographer)
- News agencies: 4 people (2 journalists, 2 photographers)
- Online publications: 2 people (1 journalist, 1 camera operator)
- Television channels: 7 people (2 journalists, 1 producer, 2 camera operators, 2 sound technicians)
- Radio stations: 2 people (2 journalists)
- Blogosphere: 3 people
The number of permitted media representatives from ITF media partners will be determined in accordance with their media partnership agreement..
2.3. Issuing accreditation badges for media representatives and bloggers
- Once their registration application is approved by the Organizing Committee, media representatives and bloggers will receive an accreditation badge.
- Accreditation badges are issued at a number of accreditation points in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Information about accreditation point locations and operating hours is published on the official ITF website.
- Accreditation badges may only be issued under the following conditions:
- There is a record of a confirmed accreditation in the ITF database
- Written consent to processing personal data has been provided
- A valid passport is provided at the accreditation point (all passport information must match the information provided on the application form)
- In case of obtaining an accreditation badge by proxy, it is necessary to provide a power of attorney, as well as a copy of the passport
- Representatives of the blogosphere should have a verified account in the Roscongress Foundation system
- Representatives of the blogosphere with an audience exceeding 10,000 subscribers should provide an extract confirming registration with Roskomnadzor
- The badge is issued to a specific individual and is not transferable during ITF. The badge must be clearly displayed at all times while at the ITF venue.
- No other accreditation cards are valid for access to the ITF venue.
- In the event that the accreditation badge is lost, stolen, or damaged, media representatives and bloggers must immediately notify staff at an information stand. Lost badges will be blocked. A duplicate badge will then be issued upon written application.
2.4. Rules and regulations for access to ITF events
- Accreditation of media representatives and bloggers is essential in order to attend and work at any ITF event.
- Access for media representatives’ and bloggers’ technical staff is granted according to the rules regarding technical staff access to the ITF venue.
- Media representatives and technical staff may access the venue once they have provided a negative test for COVID-19. The procedure for taking the test and other details will be specified at a later date. The test must be taken at a laboratory which has been accredited by Rospotrebnadzor. Information on accreditation points and testing procedures will be published on the official ITF website.
3. Refusal of accreditation
The ITF Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse accreditation without explanation.
4. Rights and responsibilities of accredited representatives of the media and blogosphere at ITF
4.1. Accredited representatives of the media and blogosphere may do the following:
- Make use of all services intended specifically for representatives of the media and blogosphere
- Obtain information on official ITF events and exhibitions (through press releases, the business programme, etc.)
- Work at the ITF press centre during official events and use the facilities of the ITF press centre
- Participate in press conferences, briefings, and other press events
4.2. Responsibilities of accredited representatives of the media and blogosphere
- Verify the accuracy of any information they are given
- Honour the requests of those providing information with regard to naming sources
- When receiving information from officials and others, inform them that an audio/video/film/photo recording is being made
- Refrain from using the opportunities granted to them to conceal or falsify socially significant information, or collect information to benefit a third-party or non-media organization
- Refrain from (stop) filming or taking photographs when asked to do so by a member of ITF security
- Refrain from taking photos/videos at the checkpoints of the ITF venue
- Refrain from distributing print materials within the ITF venue without the explicit permission of the ITF Organizing Committee
- When using official information or quoting ITF participants, observe the ITF Acknowledgment Policy. Specifically, finished articles or pieces must contain a reference to the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, and the source of the information must be cited. Online coverage should include a link to the official ITF website ( https://rustravelforum.com/en/). Alteration, embellishment, or distortion of any copied (cited) information is prohibited.
