About the event

The Let’s Travel! International Tourist Forum is one of the most influential events in the tourism industry and showcases the tourism potential of Russia and foreign countries and opportunities for all types of tourism. The Forum provides a platform for business networking between the state and business to discuss current issues in the industry, public policy, and the investment climate in the tourism sector, and also includes a major tourism festival.

The Forum is being organized by the Roscongress Foundation with the official support of the Russian government, the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, the National Priorities autonomous non-governmental organization, the Centre for Strategic Research, and major industry associations.

The Forum will take place on 10–15 June at VDNH.

The business programme architecture has been expanded significantly this year to cover the most significant challenges for the development of tourism in Russia.

The central event will be the plenary session ‘International Tourism. Russia and the World’.

The discussion will primarily focus on key steps to increase international and interagency cooperation and strategies to enhance the investment appeal of tourism and get business actively involved in the development of tourism infrastructure.

Youth Days will be held on 15 and 16 June as part of the programme of the 4^th Let’s Travel! Russian Tourism Forum. The programme events will cater to young professionals who are choosing a career in the tourism sector. Per tradition, Youth Days will include educational sessions, master classes, workshops, pitch events, and employer fairs.

The architecture of the youth programme includes 20 thematic tracks and four main pillars:

• Business in Tourism
• Blogging in Tourism
• Travel for Young People

The Forum’s festival expo, which will be located on the Central Alley of the All-Russian Exhibition Centre, will serve as a platform to promote modern formats of travel around Russia that target individual tourists who independently plan their experiences and impressions. 

The Let’s Travel! Festival is a huge area that showcases the tourism potential of Russia and foreign countries to an audience of travellers that includes citizens and guests of the capital. All 89 regions of Russia and more than 20 travel companies will take part in the festival.
